The mainland China return and after-sales location is an authorised handling location and is not the seller or merchant of record unless the order confirmation expressly states otherwise.

Sales terms and order acceptance

Product characteristics, final market edition, total price, currency, standard delivery and expected dispatch timing are shown before the customer submits an order. AVENTIQ does not collect VAT, sales tax, customs duty or other import charges at checkout. Standard outbound delivery to supported EU and US destinations is paid by AVENTIQ.

The checkout button creates an order with an obligation to pay. An automated receipt only confirms receipt of the request. The sales contract is accepted when AVENTIQ sends an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may reject and promptly refund an order if the destination is unsupported, stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or the final market configuration cannot lawfully be supplied.

Hong Kong law governs the contract only to the extent that this does not remove mandatory protections of the consumer's habitual residence. Product images, range and performance figures are qualified by the stated test conditions and final ordered specification.

Delivery from China

Orders are dispatched from China to supported destinations in the European Union and the United States. AVENTIQ selects the carrier and route, pays standard outbound freight, and provides tracking after dispatch. VAT, sales tax, customs duty, brokerage or other government charges are not collected at checkout and may be assessed to the customer by the destination authority or carrier unless the order confirmation expressly states that a charge is prepaid.

The checkout or order confirmation states the delivery estimate. If we cannot ship within the promised period, US customers will receive a delay notice and the choice to accept the revised date or cancel for a prompt refund. EU customers retain all mandatory delivery, cancellation and refund remedies. Risk remains with the seller until the consumer, or a person nominated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Withdrawal, returns and refunds

EU consumers may withdraw from an eligible distance sale without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the scooter. Notify help@theaventiq.com with the order number and an unambiguous withdrawal statement. AVENTIQ will arrange compliant lithium-battery return instructions. Do not send the scooter through an unapproved postal or parcel service.

AVENTIQ refunds the product price and the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, but may withhold the refund until the goods are received or the customer supplies evidence of approved return. The customer is responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. AVENTIQ pays the approved standard return transport for an eligible EU withdrawal.

US consumers receive a voluntary 14-day return period from delivery for an unused scooter in original condition, in addition to non-waivable state rights. AVENTIQ pays approved return transport for defective, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect goods; change-of-mind return costs, if any, are disclosed before the return is authorised. Refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection.

EU model withdrawal statement

A signature is required only for a paper notice.

Two-year limited warranty and legal guarantee

Warrantor: TIANHUI INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. AVENTIQ provides the original retail purchaser with a two-year limited written warranty from delivery covering manufacturing defects in the frame, controller, motor, display, charger and battery. The battery is covered for manufacturing defects and abnormal failure; gradual capacity loss caused by normal use and ageing is not a defect unless mandatory law says otherwise.

After a valid claim, AVENTIQ will, without charge, repair the product, supply an equivalent replacement, reduce the price or refund it where repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate. AVENTIQ pays approved transport required for valid warranty service. Obtain authorisation at help@theaventiq.com before shipment and provide the order number, serial number, fault description and reasonable photo or video evidence.

This limited warranty excludes normal wear items, cosmetic damage after delivery, collision, water exposure beyond the stated rating, unauthorised modification or repair, improper charging or storage, commercial/rental use unless agreed, and use contrary to the manual. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited or where the excluded event did not cause the defect.

EU consumers separately receive at least the two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as advertised, and longer national rights may apply. The commercial warranty never replaces or limits those rights. In the United States, this is a LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties or incidental damages, so those limits may not apply; customers also have rights that vary by state.

Privacy notice

TIANHUI INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, at Unit 1307, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, is the controller. We process account identifiers, name, contact and delivery details, order and product data, payment confirmation (not full card credentials), support messages, fraud signals, IP/device data, language/currency preferences and consent records.

Purposes and legal bases are: performing a contract and requested pre-contract steps; complying with tax, accounting, product-safety and consumer-law duties; legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, service improvement and legal claims; and consent for optional analytics or marketing. No solely automated decision produces legal or similarly significant effects, although payment providers may perform fraud checks under their own notices.

Recipients may include WordPress/WooCommerce and the hosting provider, Stripe, PayPal, selected logistics, customs and authorised return providers, and professional advisers or authorities where required. Full card or PayPal credentials are entered on the payment provider's secure surface and are not stored by AVENTIQ.

Data may be processed in Hong Kong, mainland China, the United States and the EEA. Where GDPR requires a transfer safeguard, we use an adequacy decision, European Commission standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism and apply supplementary security measures as appropriate.

Order, tax and warranty records are normally retained for seven years or longer where law requires; support records for three years after closure; security logs for up to 90 days unless needed for an incident; cookie consent for 12 months; and account data until deletion, subject to records that must be retained. Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn or the address is inactive.

Depending on location, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. California residents may also exercise applicable rights to know, delete, correct, limit and opt out. AVENTIQ does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Cookies and analytics

Strictly necessary storage supports language, currency, unit and market preferences, cookie choices, WordPress/WooCommerce security, cart, login and checkout. These functions cannot operate reliably without the relevant storage. Payment providers may set necessary fraud-prevention and session cookies after the customer selects Stripe or PayPal or enters their hosted checkout.

The current storefront uses hosting access logs and WooCommerce aggregate order reports for essential security and business statistics. Optional advertising or cross-site analytics cookies are not loaded before consent. If optional analytics is enabled later, the preference panel will name the provider, purpose and duration and allow refusal or withdrawal as easily as acceptance.

Payments: Stripe and PayPal

Available methods are shown by destination and are configured in the store dashboard. Stripe and PayPal process payment credentials on their secure checkout surfaces under their own privacy terms. AVENTIQ receives transaction status, amount, currency, payer/order references and limited fraud or dispute information needed to fulfil, refund and account for the order.

A payment authorisation is not final acceptance of the order. Refund timing after AVENTIQ issues a refund depends on the provider and the customer's bank. Customers should never email card details.

Registration, login and guest checkout

Creating an account is optional. Registered customers can securely view supported order information and manage contact details. Passwords are handled by WordPress/WooCommerce authentication and are not visible to AVENTIQ staff. Customers may request account deletion, subject to order, tax, warranty, fraud-prevention and legal records that must be retained.

Guest checkout is available. A customer does not have to register before paying. Guest buyers receive order and policy confirmations at the email address supplied during checkout and can contact support using the order number.

Product safety, road use and documents

The buyer must follow destination-specific age, helmet, speed, power, registration, insurance and road-use rules. Website availability does not mean the scooter is legal on every public road. The final ordered edition, charger, warnings and manual control the supplied specification.

Test reports, declarations of conformity and lithium-battery transport files are retained in the product compliance process and are not currently published on this website. No logo, certification or approval should be inferred unless expressly stated for the exact market edition. Documents will be supplied to authorities, carriers or customers where legally required.

Complaints and disputes

Contact help@theaventiq.com first with the order number and requested remedy. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and provide a reasoned response. Consumers may also use the consumer-protection authority, alternative dispute body or courts available under mandatory law in their country or state. Nothing in these terms requires a consumer to give up a non-waivable forum or remedy.

Livraison depuis la Chine

Les commandes partent de Chine vers les destinations UE et US prises en charge. AVENTIQ choisit le transporteur et l'itinéraire, paie le fret standard et fournit le suivi. La TVA, les taxes de vente, les droits de douane, le courtage ou autres prélèvements publics ne sont pas collectés au paiement et peuvent être réclamés au client à destination, sauf mention expresse de prépaiement dans la confirmation.

L'estimation figure au paiement ou dans la confirmation. En cas de retard, les clients US peuvent accepter la nouvelle date ou annuler avec remboursement rapide; les clients UE conservent tous leurs recours obligatoires. Le risque reste au vendeur jusqu'à la réception par le consommateur.

Rétractation, retours et remboursements

Le consommateur UE peut se rétracter sans motif dans les 14 jours suivant la réception. Il doit écrire à help@theaventiq.com avec le numéro de commande. AVENTIQ organise le retour conforme de la batterie; aucun envoi ne doit être fait par un service non approuvé.

AVENTIQ rembourse le prix et la livraison standard dans les 14 jours de l'avis, avec possibilité d'attendre la réception ou la preuve d'envoi approuvé. Seule la dépréciation due à une manipulation excessive peut être retenue. AVENTIQ paie le transport standard approuvé pour une rétractation UE admissible.

Aux États-Unis, une période volontaire de retour de 14 jours après livraison s'applique au produit inutilisé, sans limiter les droits d'État. AVENTIQ paie le retour approuvé des produits défectueux, erronés ou endommagés à l'arrivée; les éventuels frais d'un retour de convenance sont annoncés avant autorisation.

Garantie limitée de deux ans et garantie légale

Garant : TIANHUI INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. La garantie écrite limitée couvre pendant deux ans après livraison les défauts de fabrication du cadre, contrôleur, moteur, écran, chargeur et batterie. La batterie couvre les défauts et défaillances anormales; la perte progressive de capacité liée à l'usage normal n'est pas un défaut, sauf droit impératif contraire.

Après réclamation valable, AVENTIQ répare, remplace, réduit le prix ou rembourse lorsque la réparation ou le remplacement est impossible ou disproportionné, sans frais et avec transport approuvé pris en charge. Sont exclus l'usure normale, les dommages esthétiques après livraison, collision, eau au-delà de l'indice annoncé, modification non autorisée, mauvaise charge ou conservation et usage contraire au manuel, uniquement si cet événement a causé le défaut.

Dans l'UE, la garantie légale d'au moins deux ans s'applique séparément et peut être plus longue selon le pays. Aux États-Unis, il s'agit d'une LIMITED WARRANTY; certains États accordent des droits supplémentaires.

Die Lieferprognose steht im Checkout oder in der Bestätigung. Bei US-Verzögerung kann der Kunde den neuen Termin akzeptieren oder stornieren und erhält eine zügige Erstattung; EU-Rechte bleiben vollständig bestehen. Die Gefahr verbleibt bis zum Erhalt beim Verkäufer.

Widerruf, Rückgabe und Erstattung

EU-Verbraucher können binnen 14 Tagen nach Erhalt ohne Begründung widerrufen. Nachricht mit Bestellnummer an help@theaventiq.com. AVENTIQ organisiert den zulässigen Lithium-Rücktransport; kein Versand über einen nicht freigegebenen Dienst.

Preis und Standardhinversand werden binnen 14 Tagen nach Widerruf erstattet; bis zum Wareneingang oder Versandnachweis darf zurückbehalten werden. Nur Wertverlust durch übermäßige Prüfung kann berechnet werden. AVENTIQ trägt den freigegebenen Standardrücktransport beim wirksamen EU-Widerruf.

In den USA gilt freiwillig eine 14-tägige Rückgabefrist ab Lieferung für unbenutzte Ware, zusätzlich zu zwingendem Staatsrecht. Bei Defekt, Falschlieferung oder Ankunftsschaden trägt AVENTIQ den freigegebenen Rücktransport; mögliche Kosten bei bloßem Meinungswechsel werden vor Autorisierung genannt.

Garantiegeber: TIANHUI INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. Zwei Jahre ab Lieferung werden Herstellungsfehler an Rahmen, Steuerung, Motor, Anzeige, Ladegerät und Batterie gedeckt. Bei der Batterie sind Herstellungsfehler und ungewöhnlicher Ausfall gedeckt; normale alters- und nutzungsbedingte Kapazitätsabnahme ist kein Mangel, sofern zwingendes Recht nichts anderes bestimmt.

Bei berechtigtem Anspruch wird kostenlos repariert, gleichwertig ersetzt, der Preis gemindert oder erstattet, wenn Reparatur/Ersatz unmöglich oder unverhältnismäßig ist. Freigegebener Transport wird getragen. Vor Versand help@theaventiq.com mit Bestell-/Seriennummer, Beschreibung und angemessenem Bildnachweis kontaktieren.

Ausgeschlossen sind normale Abnutzung, spätere Kosmetikschäden, Unfall, Wasser über die Schutzklasse hinaus, unbefugte Änderung/Reparatur, falsches Laden/Lagern und handbuchwidrige Nutzung, soweit dies den Mangel verursacht hat.

In der EU gilt unabhängig mindestens zwei Jahre gesetzliche Gewährleistung, national gegebenenfalls länger. In den USA handelt es sich um eine LIMITED WARRANTY; einzelstaatliche Zusatzrechte bleiben bestehen.

Zielabhängige Zahlarten werden im Shop-Dashboard verwaltet. Stripe und PayPal verarbeiten Zahlungsdaten auf ihren sicheren Oberflächen. AVENTIQ erhält Status, Betrag, Währung, Referenzen und begrenzte Betrugs-/Streitdaten.

Eine Autorisierung ist noch keine endgültige Bestellannahme. Banklaufzeiten nach Erstattung hängen vom Anbieter ab. Kartendaten nie per E-Mail senden.

Registrierung, Anmeldung und Gastkauf

Ein Konto ist freiwillig. Registrierte Kunden können unterstützte Bestelldaten sehen und Kontaktdaten verwalten. WordPress/WooCommerce verwaltet die Anmeldung; Passwörter sind für AVENTIQ-Mitarbeiter nicht sichtbar. Löschung ist unter Vorbehalt gesetzlicher Daten möglich.

Sicherheit, Straßennutzung und Dokumente

Käufer beachten örtliche Alters-, Helm-, Tempo-, Leistungs-, Zulassungs-, Versicherungs- und Verkehrsregeln. Verfügbarkeit bedeutet keine allgemeine Straßenzulassung.

Venta y aceptación del pedido

Antes del pedido se muestran características, edición de mercado, precio total, moneda, entrega estándar y plazo previsto. AVENTIQ no cobra IVA, impuesto sobre ventas, aranceles ni otros cargos de importación durante el pago. AVENTIQ paga el envío estándar a destinos admitidos de la UE y EE. UU.

El botón de compra implica obligación de pago. El recibo automático solo confirma recepción; el contrato se acepta con la confirmación de aceptación o envío. El pedido puede rechazarse y reembolsarse si el destino, stock, pago o configuración legal no pueden confirmarse.

La ley de Hong Kong rige solo sin eliminar la protección obligatoria de la residencia habitual. Las cifras de rendimiento dependen de las condiciones de prueba y configuración final.

Entrega desde China

Los pedidos salen de China a destinos admitidos de la UE y EE. UU. AVENTIQ elige transportista y ruta, paga el flete estándar y facilita seguimiento. El IVA, impuesto sobre ventas, aranceles, corretaje u otros cargos públicos no se cobran durante el pago y pueden ser exigidos al cliente en destino, salvo que la confirmación indique expresamente que están prepagados.

La estimación aparece en el pago o confirmación. Ante un retraso, el cliente de EE. UU. puede aceptar nueva fecha o cancelar con reembolso rápido; el cliente de la UE conserva todos sus remedios obligatorios. El riesgo permanece con el vendedor hasta la recepción.

Desistimiento, devoluciones y reembolsos

El consumidor de la UE puede desistir sin motivo en los 14 días posteriores a la recepción. Debe escribir a help@theaventiq.com con el número de pedido. AVENTIQ organiza el transporte autorizado de la batería; no debe usarse un servicio no aprobado.

AVENTIQ devuelve el precio y la entrega estándar dentro de 14 días desde el aviso, pudiendo esperar a recibir el producto o prueba del envío aprobado. Solo se descuenta el deterioro por manipulación excesiva. AVENTIQ paga el retorno estándar aprobado en un desistimiento UE válido.

En EE. UU. se ofrece voluntariamente devolución de 14 días desde la entrega para producto sin usar, además de derechos estatales. AVENTIQ paga el retorno aprobado por defecto, error o daño a la llegada; cualquier coste por cambio de opinión se informa antes de autorizar.

Garantía limitada de dos años y garantía legal

Garante: TIANHUI INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. La garantía escrita limitada cubre durante dos años desde la entrega defectos de fabricación en cuadro, controlador, motor, pantalla, cargador y batería. La batería cubre defectos y fallo anormal; la pérdida gradual de capacidad por uso y edad no es defecto salvo norma obligatoria.

Tras una reclamación válida, AVENTIQ repara, sustituye, reduce el precio o reembolsa si reparar o sustituir es imposible o desproporcionado, sin cargo y pagando el transporte aprobado. Contacte con help@theaventiq.com antes del envío con pedido, serie, descripción y prueba razonable.

Se excluyen desgaste normal, daños cosméticos posteriores, colisión, agua más allá de la clasificación, modificación o reparación no autorizada, carga/almacenamiento indebidos y uso contrario al manual, solo cuando hayan causado el defecto.

En la UE se mantiene por separado la garantía legal mínima de dos años, que puede ser mayor según el país. En EE. UU. es una LIMITED WARRANTY y siguen vigentes los derechos estatales adicionales.

La tienda usa registros del alojamiento e informes agregados de WooCommerce para seguridad y estadísticas esenciales. No se cargan cookies opcionales de publicidad o análisis entre sitios antes del consentimiento. Cualquier proveedor futuro se identificará con finalidad, duración y elección revocable.

Pagos con Stripe y PayPal

Los métodos dependen del destino y se administran en el panel. Stripe y PayPal procesan los datos en sus superficies seguras. AVENTIQ recibe estado, importe, moneda, referencias y datos limitados de fraude o disputa.

La autorización no es aceptación final. El plazo bancario tras reembolso depende del proveedor. Nunca envíe datos de tarjeta por correo.

Registro, inicio de sesión y compra como invitado

La cuenta es opcional. Los clientes registrados pueden consultar pedidos admitidos y gestionar contacto. WordPress/WooCommerce gestiona la autenticación; el personal de AVENTIQ no ve contraseñas. Se puede pedir supresión salvo registros obligatorios.

Está disponible la compra como invitado: no es necesario registrarse antes de pagar. Las confirmaciones y políticas se envían al correo facilitado.

Seguridad, uso vial y documentos

El comprador debe cumplir edad, casco, velocidad, potencia, registro, seguro y circulación locales. Estar disponible no implica legalidad en toda vía pública.

Los informes, declaraciones de conformidad y expedientes de transporte de litio se conservan en el proceso de cumplimiento, pero no se publican actualmente. No debe inferirse certificación salvo declaración expresa de la edición exacta. Se facilitan documentos cuando la ley lo exige.
